Zusammenfassung:The current study was conducted at Samarra University (2019 - 2020) on Albino rabbits of Swiss origins for the purpose of demonstrating the effect of hydrogen peroxide on showing tissue lesions of some organs, and the possibility of treatment With aqueous Zingiber Officinalis extract , sixteen Albino rabbits were used for this purpose, Oral dosage was used for hydrogen peroxide dosing for 10 days and treatment with Zingiber Officinalis extract for 30 days, the results of the study of histopathological effects on the liver and heart tissues of groups treated with hydrogen peroxide showed the occurrence of histopathological changes in the heart and liver, represented by the presence of some cases of hemorrhage, infiltration lymphocyte, necrosis of the cytoplasm of cells and degeneration of the nucleus, The fourth group, which includes the aqueous Zingiber Officinalis extract group, was the best among the three aqueous Zingiber Officinalis extract concentration groups, The difference in the susceptibility of the animal body used in the study to symmetry with aqueous Zingiber Officinalis extract .Aim of the study: The therapeutic effect of aqueous Zingiber Officinalis extract with different extract concentrations and Pathological effect of hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing substance in the internal organs (liver, heart).
