Zusammenfassung:The potted experiment was carried out during the winter season 2020-2021 in.the department of biology and the department’s chemistry laboratories in the college of education – University of Samarra, according to the method of RCBD, with a rate of two repeated for each treatment when the seeds were cultivated on 2020/11/1. The ferric oxide nanoparticles were prepared and then diagnosed with several techniques (AFM, SEM, TEM, XRD, EDX), and studying their effect on the number of root nodes of the plant at three concentrations (T1, T2, T3) for foliar application are (0, 25,50 ) ml.L−1, respectively. The results showed that the magnetic nanoparticles are within the nanoscale, and the approximate size of their diameters which are (28.73-32.55) nm, has a crystalline spherical shape and accounts for 57.73% of the element iron. moreover, there is a significant increase in root nodes count of Vicia faba L. at a high level of Fe3O4 treatment.
