Zusammenfassung: | In the dynamic trend of production shop floor management, management team members are focusing to develop a novel model to control operational performance in industry 4.0. Several approaches are used in the present scenario to control operational performance, includes lean manufacturing, smart manufacturing, kaizen, digitalization, etc. The main objective of these approaches is to enhance production within available resources. The present research objective is to develop an agile model using the total productive maintenance concept to enhance industrial sustainability in industry 4.0. The developed model has been tested by implementation in a case study. The result of the study shows that the proposed model is efficient to provide production enhancement by maximizing machinery and worker's contribution. The proposed model would be advantageous for industry persons to control operational performance within limited constraints. |
