Zusammenfassung: | This study aims to determine the validity of the Students Worksheet (LKS) based on Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) on climate change material. The Students Worksheet is designed to discuss three issues/discourses on social problems in everyday life related to climate change and global warming including “Perubahan Iklim Pengaruhi Tingkat Bencana Alam Terkair Air”, “Banjir Jakarta” dan “5 Fenomena Perubahan Iklim dan Pencemaran Lingkungan karena Ulah Manusia”. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) which is only carried out until the initial product development stage. The research phase and data collection were obtained from literature studies and field studies. The field study was obtained from data from the validation results of the feasibility of the Student Worksheets. The initial product development stage is carried out with the draft preparation process, which is the main capital in the development of the Student Worksheets based on Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) to be developed. The worksheets that have been completed are then validated by two experts consisting of material expert lecturers and media lecturers as well as one science teacher using media feasibility facilities. The validation results from the Student Worksheets that have been deve loped are 88% from material expert lecturers, 84% from media expert lecturers and 96% from science teachers. From the validation result s, it can be said that the Student Worksheets based on Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) that has been made is declared valid and very feasible to be used in junior high school science learning, especially on climate change material. |
