Zusammenfassung: | In a multi-storey building construction project, there are times, cost and quality limitations that must be regulated in the contract document. Cost is a major limitation in a multi-storey building construction project. This is because construction costs must be adjusted to the budget provided by the project owner. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the structure from the cost and time aspect of the woodpecker in the Hollow Core Slab (HCS) method and the cast in situ method. The results of the analysis show that the HCS method has a higher cost, namely Rp. 114.258.516.569, while the cast method costs Rp. 81.604.881.175 or HCS method 29% more expensive. In terms of duration or time, the ratio of HCS time and cast in situ method was the same, namely 481 days with the need for workers in the cast in situ method more. |
