The statistical analysis used is Chi Square to analyze the correlation exercises and recreation on the health of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic This study found the importance of exercises and recreation for the health of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic. Exercises and recreation can release happy hormones so that they can increase immunity during pregnancy. In general, this study proves that exercises and recreation is related to the health of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic
