Zusammenfassung:The article presents the main results of new technologies for the operation of water intakes of hydroelectric power plants and pumping stations of the design diagram of the water supply structures of the unit, the introduction of new means of regulating the operation of the water intake into the diagram. The increased pressure to meet the needs of the growing population posed several new challenges for specialists working in the field of ecology, energy, water conservation and other sciences. At present, interference in the transformation of nature prevails (construction of dams for hydroelectric power plants, water transfer). The negative consequences of the Aral Sea crisis are based on the principle of the deceptive well-being of such a transformation, especially the use of large irrigation systems for decades without taking into account the operation of water intakes of hydroelectric power stations and pumping stations. The authors have created several fundamentally new technical solutions to improve the efficiency of water use and eliminate the risks of changing the hydrological conditions of water intake at pumping stations. The management of the modes of water supply structures of pumping stations in various regional conditions includes the maximum use of surface water sources, high reliability of water intake and a large throughput of the supply channel, the elimination of unproductive pressure losses, and the water level drops, a decrease in the height of water rise, the introduction of combined devices to change the flow structure.
