Zusammenfassung:The process of teaching and learning is one of the many aspects heavily impacted from the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the various impactful and interesting approaches of traditional, face-to-face teaching and learning methods, the current situation requires most learning activities to be done virtually. Thus, this study aims to find out students’ perception regarding their preferences on teaching approaches. A set of online questionnaires was distributed to a group of students currently undergoing online learning. The findings revealed that the students prefer traditional learning as compared to modern, online ways of learning. Besides, the Cronbach Alpha value showed the element of environmental give a significant impact towards both method of teaching and learning process. Furthermore, the data of mean comparison showed the traditional method is preferred to provide a comprehensive environment towards the process of teaching and learning. This result may shed highlights to the educators on how to better strategize their teaching to suit both the situation as well as students’ preferences.
