Zusammenfassung:Heavy-duty mobile vehicles, including agricultural ones, have a pneumatic brake drive (PBD). To create a high-quality PBD, a theoretical foundation is needed. To substantiate the analytical model of a pneumatic operating brake drive as a real object of research, according to the method of Metlyuk N.F. and Avtushko V.P., as well as with the modern calculations of Fedotov A.I., the analytical model of the BFR (brake force regulator) was implemented. It makes it possible, by calculation methods, to calculate the output dynamic indicators of the BFR, which display it as an object of real diagnostics, as well as to conduct research to identify the influence of the parameters of the actual technical state of the BFR on its specific output dynamic quality indicators, and ultimately on the diagnostic characteristics.
