Zusammenfassung: | This study aims to develop a plate pattern and determine its feasibility. The pattern used in casting is generally made of wood. Patterns made of wood have drawbacks in that their service life is not too long. The patterns is developed from aluminum so that the patterns can be used repeatedly and have a long service life. The plate pattern was developed using the R&D method with the ADDIE model. Data was collected by a questionnaire and then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The subject of this research is plate pattern. The objects of this research are media and material experts, 4 teaching teachers, and 20 vocational school students. The pattern developed is a plate pattern in the shape of cubes, blocks, cylindrical and round. The result shows that the feasibility assessment according to media experts and material experts is 91.81% and it is categorized as very feasible. The feasibility assessment according to the teacher is 91.5% so it is categorized as very feasible. Eligibility assessment from students is obtained 82.91% so it was categorized as very eligible. The casting product has flat and smooth surface, and also has no defect caused by shrinkage and shifting. |
