Zusammenfassung:In Indonesia, many buildings have started to apply the concept of an environmentally friendly building (green building). Green building is one way to support the construction sector in maintaining the quality of the earth from various kinds of damage, one of which is the decreasing quality of air pollution in construction-intensive areas. An example of a building that has started to apply the concept of green building is a hospital. The Indonesian government also supports the green building concept by issuing guidelines for green hospitals issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2018. The green building certification body in Indonesia is the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). It issues a standard for all types of buildings. In contrast, several other countries, for example, Malaysia, have issued a particular green building standard for hospital buildings called the green building index. This research analyses the application of the green building concept, especially on land use criteria using Indonesian and Malaysian standards. Based on the analysis results, the research hospital has applied 56.25% for Indonesian standards and 30% for Malaysian standards on appropriate site development criteria.
