Zusammenfassung:The application of renewable energy in building planning is an alternative to anticipate environmental damage. Brebes Expo & Convention Building is located at coordinates 6⁰49’ – 6⁰57’ South Latitude and 108⁰53’– 109⁰0’ East Longitude. The solar power plant at the Brebes Expo & Convention Building consists of three planning scenarios consisting of scenario 1, scenario 2, and scenario 3. The scenario is planned based on the GBCI standard, with the maximum value of power sourced from solar power plants is 2.5%. Solar power plants will be implemented with on-grid and rooftop systems. This study aimed to determine the value of the production of electrical energy from solar power plants and determine the energy costs and investment costs of developing a solar power generation system at Brebes Expo & Convention Building. The Brebes Expo & Convention building in Brebes Regency will be built with the concept of green building and sustainable building to support the efforts of the Central Government in protecting the environment. The research was conducted by performing manual calculations using the energy consumption formula and the economic analysis formula. Based on the GBCI standard and economic analysis, Scenario 2 is the scenario chosen to be developed. The total potential energy produced is 21 kWp, and the total energy production is 31302 kWh/year. The investment cost for this project is Rp. 530.666.771.00, and the LCOE value is Rp. 1.412/kWh. The resulting NPV value in scenario 2 reaches Rp. 335,728,626, which indicates the NPV value is more than 0 or positive, and the payback period for scenario 2 is the 11th year.
