Zusammenfassung:Many students who live at homestay in Jakarta are not connected with public transportations. In addition, they don’t also have private vehicles such as motorcycles. In addition, the greater Jakarta networks have been noted during peak-hour heavy traffic congestion. Hence, students often have been taken online motorcycles as a taxi to campus. Online motorcycles taxi services offer door-to-door service. This research is conducted to determine student satisfaction on service quality and price in online motorcycles taxi services. Sample data in this research were students of Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI). Data collection technique using Likert-scale questionnaire. The collected data were processed by using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research showed a positive and significant effect of both service quality and price on student perception and student satisfaction in the choice of online motorcycle taxi services.
