Zusammenfassung:Halal industry has developed rapidly in all life sectors that gives the government and business actors wide opportunities to employ it, particularly for a country with a Moslem-majority population. In the tourism industry, travelers are interested in the implementation of Islamic concepts in a hotel that consistently manages its services activities based on Islamic sharia. It should be considered as part of services offered to customers. This research aims to observe the influence of order process and transportation variables on service quality at the sharia-compliant hotel. This research employs a double linear regression test to identify the existence of significant and positive influence between the process of order and transportation with the service quality of a sharia hotel in Indonesia. It can be concluded based on the result and discussion, the process of order and transportation has a significant and positive influence on service quality. Therefore, both variables could be employed to enhance the quality of service at sharia hotel.
