Zusammenfassung: | Internet is a wide spread technology which has gained popularity over the years and has become an essential for most. Many people also use the knowledge from internet as a source of living. Besides the contrary, visually challenged face problems to access Internet and its applications due to most of the resources are not yet suitable which this section of users to use. Despite of the fact that it is widely used, it has not helped differently abled people to effectively use applications like that of a traditional user because of the innumerable complexities and difficulties that arise in operating and using the applications. Thus, the essential purpose of providing user friendliness and reaching intent on wider sections of the consumers has become challenging because of the rate of illiteracy and category of differently abled people. Besides, Communication is amongst the most frequent attribute and thus has become one of the key features offered by Internet. E-mails are the traditional way of formal communication for exchanging information which is still used due to its numerous features and its ease to use.While internet offers plenty of resources and knowledge, it requires vision to access all of it.Audio responsebased environments enables the visually impaired people to use internet applications effectively. There are only a few applications with such features but haven't become that popular as regular ones thanks to its design and complexity. |
