A novel framework for inspection management system using cloud computing

One of the most challenging things in education is inspection. It is mainly used to analyze and determine the level of examination, teaching, and the facilities provided to the students in schools and colleges. It is also used to give some suggestions to improve instruction and make students comfortable in their learning. In the existing system, the higher authorities of education cannot check whether the inspector is visiting the schools or colleges. The reports are taken down in papers, and hence they cannot be stored and shared for more than one year. There is no direct connection between the schools and government officers for claiming the basic facilities for the welfare of students. To overcome this, we are planning to establish a portal for the DEO to manage and monitor Educational Officers’ activities (Inspectors), where the officers are verified after reaching the respective locations. Paperwork will be eliminated; data are stored digitally, and hence the process of sharing information becomes accessible. Finally, as a result of proper inspection, there will be a significant increase in students’ learning curve.
