Zusammenfassung:Noodles are one of the favorite fast food loved by many. Preparation of noodles at home or small-scale level is a hectic task. This paper aims at the design and fabrication of an automatic Noodle making machine which is compact in design, economical and can be operated by a single person. The ingredients are fed in to the mixing unit and ready to use noodles are extruded within 7 minutes.
