Zusammenfassung: | The period of golden age is an important moment in which all aspects of their development are influenced by stimuli from the surrounding environment. Sound exploration is an important aspect in increasing children’s intelligence which can be a stimulus to support their other intelligences. Playroom as an environment that provides a lot of stimulation for children’s development can be a media for sound exploration in early childhood. Regarding the need for sound exploration, this acoustic implementation is needed with materials that match the criteria in designing children’s playroom. The aim of this study is to examine the characteristics of environmentally friendly acoustic materials that are suitable to use in children’s playroom. The methodology used in this research is qualitative method in the form of literature study. This study explains the importance of sound exploration needs in early childhood so that children’s playrooms need to have acoustic implementation with appropriate environmentally friendly materials. The finding of this research is a criterion of selecting sustainable acoustic materials in children’s playroom. |
