Zusammenfassung: | Agriculture in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic is a system-forming branch of the national economy. It employs the largest population, concentrates a large proportion of the TFP, produces a large share of GRP, etc. In addition, the industry is considered to be advanced both in technical and technological equipment, as well as in logistics and communications. At the same time, a comparison of the growth rates of agriculture in the CBR with other territories of the North Caucasus and adjacent territories should indicate, first, lower growth rates, second, a kind of slowdown in growth, and third, a decrease in agricultural activity during the formation of the regional economy dynamics. All this together requires the search for new sources of growth development. An important source is the integration and cooperation of the agricultural sector with other national economy branches, as well as regional agriculture with other territories. Nevertheless, it is not so easy to assess (and shade, highlight and, most importantly, quantify) the "role" of integration and cooperation in ensuring the agriculture growth. The literature suggests using a large number of approaches, as well as measures and indicators. In this article, based on a critical review of existing proposals (and methods), we propose our own indicator, with the help of which an assessment is carried out. |
