Zusammenfassung: | The rapid development of technology has also changed the financial system prevailing in society. Currently, smartphone users can conduct financial transactions quickly using a mobile payment service. However, the growth of mobile payment service in Indonesia has not been as expected. Researchers using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) try to explain the factors influencing the young generation in using this technology. Samples are taken from the younger generation (Gen Z) aged 17-22 years who use mobile payment services by distributing questionnaires online. Existing data are analyzed using Structure Equation Model (SEM), so the research hypothesis can be tested, and conclusions can be drawn. |
