Zusammenfassung:The paper describes the concept of the live laboratory convergent technology (LLCT) for assessing and managing resilience and safety of regional infrastructures. A web software as a service (SaaS) [1-3] is developed based on Django framework programming of expert assessments, scenarios of regional/urban accidents in the form of failures tree and information channels that send the info flow about an accident from sensors to decision makers (DMs) using a suitable blockchain technology for time stamping and verifying the data on the failures tree. When solving the above tasks, expert assessments methods, probability theory and mathematical statistics, process modeling, fuzzy logic, and the Dempster-Shafer theory were used. The scientific novelty of the research lies in combining, convergence style, the digitized and automated LLCT when analyzing cascade failures of interdependent regional (industrial, urban and/or agrarian) critical infrastructures. The study is a part of infranetics – the convergent umbrella science that was created for designing and governing smart infrastructures. The developed algorithms and software services are currently applied for improving the efficacy, resilience, and safety of smart regional and urban infrastructures.
