Zusammenfassung:In this paper, DMAIC – Six Sigma concept is applied for the selection of suitable polymer composite material reinforced with green natural fibers to make composite wall brick. There were two separate decision-making approaches are obtained from the result of six sigma process and the same has been implemented namely qualitative and quantitative methods. From these two approaches, coir fiber was suggested suitable selection for making this Epoxy based wall bricks. DMAIC framework from the Six Sigma process played a significant role throughout the material selection process with several techniques in each stage. As a result of this, coir fiber was chosen as natural reinforcement material and urethane as epoxy composites in final selection process.
