Zusammenfassung:The life of the transformer is considerably reduced while they are exposed to over current, over loading and over voltage. This results an unexpected letdown, reliability and power failure to a huge customer. By monitoring any variations in current, voltage and temperature in the transformer corresponding to the threshold value, the supply will be cut off instantly. It will be stored in cloud for the future analysis. Whereas servicing the transformer, the electrical accidents are occurring to the line man owing to the absence of communication between the maintenance staff and electrical substation. If the lineman wants to repair the power system, then the maintenance staff turns off the respective power line in the main station. The main station and the faulty power lines may be in different areas. This causes many toxic electrical accidents to the lineman because of improper communication. This paper is proposed to design a transformer health monitoring and lineman safety system to avoid electrical accidents. It is proposed such a way that the authorized person only can activate circuit breaker with RFID and PIN based system. The optimal use of transformer is ensured by installing the system at transformer site. The problems identification can be made by measuring the above parameters and rectifying it before terrible failure.
