Zusammenfassung:Welding parameters are the most importantdetails affecting the joint quality and productivity. welding parameters include current, voltage, Gas flow rate, Travel speed etc., influence weld strength, weld pool geometry. The effects of parameters on the welding joints of Hastelloy C-276 have been investigated. Gas metal arc welding performed on Hastelloy C-276 with different welding parameters like current, voltage etc. Metal inert gas welding of similar metals of Hastelloy and thickness of 2mm is accomplished to produce enhanced weld bead aesthetics with controlled metal deposition and heat-input. Ultimate Tensile test have been conversed and determined in this report. The outcome of this work confirms the extreme tensile load at which the Hastelloy C-276 joint can withstand for various industrial applications.
