Principles and methods of time management at aerospace enterprises

The theoretical foundations of time management by the heads of business units of the aerospace complex (ASC) based on time management technique (TM) application are presented. The basic principles and methods of time management concerning the heads of the ASC units are given: planning their actions; formulation of the desired result into specific goals and tasks; fixing an action plan; prioritization; focusing on the essentials, analyzing their experience, and creating their own TM rules; vacation planning. Possible ways of practical implementation of the developed principles and methods of time management concerning the heads of ASC units are proposed.
