Zusammenfassung: | A balanced equilibrium in the development of a market economy can be due to such proportions when one third of enterprises are large organizations, and the remaining two thirds are small and medium-sized businesses. The conditions of competition in the present period for the domestic economy allow large enterprises and their associations to operate more effectively, but not to small and medium-sized organizations. Due to the above trends and the progressive crisis at all levels of the economy in the world, timely support for small and medium-sized businesses on the basis of relevant and promptly provided measures is the best way to restart the entire system of the national economy. The forms of support for small and medium-sized businesses in the context of digital transformation are undergoing corresponding changes, while maintaining a focus on improving the service quality and accelerating the receipt of the necessary assistance for business development. A positive aspect within the framework of the studied problems is the wide range of offered forms of support and a large number of organizations of various levels offering them. In this regard, their consultative association within the framework of a single information space is necessary to provide immediate and qualified assistance for a situational solution and diagnosis of the problem. Most of the organizations and enterprises, regardless of the form of ownership and size of activity, are not ready in technical and professional terms to accept the innovations of the digital environment and space. Therefore, a course is needed for a full-fledged transition of those representatives of small and medium-sized businesses who have not adapted to new challenges and requirements. |
