Using SmartPLS to analyse quality model for educational web-based integrated student assessment application

The purpose of the study is to measure the relationship between usability, reliability, functionality, efficiency, supportability, availability, security, and integrity characteristics of educational web-based application in the context of Higher Learning Institution (HLI) in Malaysia. Each of the characteristics has their own sub-characteristics, respectively. This study focuses on Web-based Integrated Student Assessment (WBISA) application which is one of the examples of educational application used in HLI in Malaysia. Survey data were collected from public institution implementing WBISA application. The research model is proposed from the study of WBISA characteristics. Data was analysed using SmartPLS software. The analysis results of structural equation model (SEM) indicated that there is strong relationship between all the characteristics.
