Zusammenfassung: | The design of the compressor type structural diagram of the ozonizing device is considered, it is a prospective and environmentally friendly direction in the treatment of seeds. The device contains electrodes made of glass-textolite covered with foil on one side, in which a fan, a high-voltage power supply connected to the ozonation unit through conductors is placed. The front panel of the housing contains the control elements: time relay, pushbutton switch, and circuit breaker. The signals transmitted to the relays are generated by the Arduine board according to a pre-designed algorithm. Distribution of ozone when the source of high voltage alternating voltage is switched on is performed by means of electrodes in which ozone is initiated from air oxygen and is taken out of the discharge zone by the air flow created by the fan planted on the shaft of the electric motor. In order to substantiate the reliability of the ozonizer operation modes control, experimental studies of the timing diagrams of the voltage on and off timers on the device were performed. The diagrams show three time points of timer control. The results of the research show that capacity of the claimed electrode ozonizer is 1500 l/hour, required for treatment of trays and pallets in the chamber, generating electric oscillation is with amplitude up to 2 kV, low power consumption of 50 W makes ozonation economical in frequent use, overall dimensions 230x165x320 mm and light whole, make it portable. When manufacturing the frame of the ozonizer a sheet of aluminum AD1 grade 0,4 mm thick was used. The front and rear plastic panels and other parts are made from plastic material PETG on 3D-printer. |
