Zusammenfassung:The paper considers the process of thermal decomposition of hydrogen sulfide with the formation of hydrogen and sulfur. The energy source is plasma generated by a radio frequency (RF) inductively coupled plasma (ICP) torch. The composition of hydrogen sulfide plasma, its thermodynamic and transport properties are calculated depending on temperature at various pressures. This information is used in further calculations of thermal, gas-dynamic and electromagnetic processes occurring in the ICP torch, the results of which are also presented and analyzed in the work.
