Zusammenfassung:The development and improvement of the timber industry, especially furniture in Indonesia, significantly helps the construction of infrastructure in Indonesia. The involvement of sustainability in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) shows great concern for irreplaceable natural resources. Research Objectives measure the numerical value of sustainability and its influence on alternative corporate strategies from furniture companies. The research methodology is done by formulating strategies and measurements with sustainable mathematic models. First, the formulation of IFE-EFE Matrix strategy, SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) assessment resulted in Grow and Build Strategy. Next is to design a sustainable index based on Ibrahim Garbie Triple Bottom Line (2017) namely environment, social, and economy by generating 17 KPIs out of 26 available KPIs. The measurement result can be taken into consideration of determining policies to improve the performance Overall Sustainability Index of 1.182. The company needs 1.182 times more effort than it has done now if the company wants to remain a sustainable company.
