Zusammenfassung:The rise of blood into the infusion tube due to infusion runs out and the rate of infusion drip that is not monitored can cause obstruction that endangers the patient and is a fairly common problem in hospitals. Therefore, in this research would be created the wireless-based monitoring tool of the volume and rate of infusion drip using EBYTE E01-2G4M27D module displayed on personal computer for facilitating nurses to monitor the patients’ infusion. In monitoring infusion volume, it used sensor load cell mounted on an intravenous pole. This cell was connected to the module HX711 served to amplify the signal and then sent it to Arduino to be processed. On the one hand, it used an optocoupler sensor that was attached to the drip chamber to read the drip rate. All readings from the load cell sensor and the drip sensor (optocoupler) would be processed by Arduino and then sent by the Ebyte E01-2G4M27D transceiver so that it was able to be displayed on a PC in real time. It obtained that the infusion volume testing results with the largest relative error was in the volume testing, namely in the 100 mL which was 4.3%. It gained the value of relative error for infusion 1, infusion 2 and infusion 3 were the largest in the drip rate test of 35 drops/minute, namely 0.57%. In addition, the alarm was also able to be activated when the infusion volume was
