Zusammenfassung: | The work is devoted to the problem of developing a laser micromachining technological complex for the thin- and thick-film materials synthesis and precision structuring of the parts surfaces. A telecommunications network has been designed, which provides the ability to remotely control the system for conducting technological operations, monitoring the work process. Structural diagrams and algorithms for the interaction of telecommunication network nodes connected by means of the TCP / IP protocol are proposed, which ensure the stable operation of the entire technological complex. The developed complex fully meets the requirements for flexible production systems, has successfully passed the pilot test of its operability. |
