Zusammenfassung: | The article examines the evolution of the concept of "high-performance workplace". The infrastructure complex of railway transport is a complex production system, in which a number of systemic problems have been formed over a long period of time, characterized by high wear and tear of the track equipment fleet, insufficient funding for its repair and maintenance, as well as low efficiency in the use of production capacities and labor resources. The transition to landfill technologies for enlarged landfills formed on the road network, taking into account the territorial location of neighboring landfills, provides additional opportunities to increase production efficiency, taking into account the uneven volume of repair work over the years within the borders of railways and climatic factors, which ultimately creates the prerequisites for finding new most effective ways to use technical means, materials, energy and labor resources in close relationship and from the point of view of a systematic approach. In modern conditions of constant development, digitalization and complexity of production systems, the role of the human factor is increasing and such basic concepts as "workplace" and "labor resources" are significantly transformed; the process of creating and modeling high-performance jobs as the main driver of effective development of companies is becoming increasingly relevant. The assessment of modern views on the place and role of high-performance workplaces in the organization and management of production is given on the example of the railway track complex, effective tools for their modeling are proposed in order to improve the quality of operational work and the effective use of the resource potential of the railway company. |
