Zusammenfassung: | The article deals with the actual problem of non-destructive quality control of products and semi-finished products of transport engineering by the method of acoustic emission. The results of evaluating the possibility of applying the method to control castings from titanium alloys are given, and positive results are obtained. The results of a comprehensive study of the dependence of the parameters of acoustic emission signals with the quality of elastic elements for critical purposes are presented. The results obtained unambiguously confirm the relationship between the signal parameters and the state of the microstructure of the material of the elastic element, and, as a consequence, its operational resistance. |
