Zusammenfassung:This article considers the development results of the mathematical model of the system heating zone after transition of the bottom half of the metal weight to liquid-solid state. Structural and process measures of the turbine blade casting process obtained on its basis are represented as well. An important feature of the developed mathematical model is the capability of developing thermal fluxes and temperature fields for all the components of the process system of furnace-flask-filler-mould-metal.
