Zusammenfassung:The studies on affective factors in mathematical proof show that the amount of literature is quite limited. In this case, factors that can be mapped are self-efficacy, including mathematical self-efficacy and proof self-efficacy, and belief, which includes belief in mathematics and belief in self. In order to help to analyze the affective factors on proof, we use the closeness the proving process and problem-solving process. We then choose intersection of the affective in prove and problem-solving and choose factors involving motivation, attitude, anxiety, and self-efficacy in this current model. This research report aims to examine the validity and reliability measures of the instruments that have been prepared for the context of Indonesian students. The first model consisted of 7-factors has a poor model fit. The model then revised based on the loading factor of the item. The second model still has seven factors and 28 items by removing the Male Domain factor and split the Anxiety factor to Feel Difficulty and Anxious factors. This model has a better fit index by the following: x2=497.02, df=333, P=.000, GFI=.820, RMR=.084, RMSEA=.056, IFI=.922, CFI=.920. However, these results can still be improved by adding samples and/or improving the language side to make it easier to understand. Furthermore, when viewed from the AVE, the instrument arranged is classified as low in extracting the factor to be measured, although it is still acceptable, according to some experts.
