Zusammenfassung: | This article describes the results of a study of the accuracy of internal threads formed using the FDM technology and additionally machined with taps. For the study, a 3D model of the sample was created, containing internal threads, the geometric parameters of which correspond to ISO 68-1:1998/AMD 1:2020 and ISO 965-1:2013, ISO 965-3:1998 /Cor 1:2009. Based on this model, control programs were created for printing samples from ABS, PETG and PLA - plastics. The samples were printed using a MakerBot MethodX 3D printer. To study the profiles formed in the samples, internal threads, part of the material was cut from the samples along the axes of the threaded holes. The thread profiles in the cut samples were examined using a LIM-1 microscope. With this microscope, photographs of the thread profiles were taken at 50x magnification. |
