Zusammenfassung: | Over the past 5 years, the construction industry in Russia has been steadily moving towards digitalization. In 2017, Russia agreed on a set of measures aimed at the development and implementation of BIM technologies, which has become one of the priority tasks of Russian design companies. Modern technology of information modeling BIM covers not only the area of direct design, but also construction technology, technical documentation of an object, this also includes monitoring of its technical condition up to complete disposal. From this point of view, the Building Information Model can be viewed as a set of systematized data about the life cycle of an object, which is obtained as a result of the use and interaction of the corresponding software. The article touches upon the issues of classification of software products used in the BIM chain, their main manufacturers are indicated. The analysis of the functionality of these software complexes was carried out, which showed the heterogeneity of the functions of the considered software. Revealed the fact that often in order to solve the set tasks, the complex use of compatible programs is necessary. An orientation is given to the choice of software in accordance with the range of tasks to be solved. |
