Zusammenfassung: | The research is experimental research that aims to determine whether there were differences in job-program- based practice with conventional practice on student learning outcomes. The trial subjects were students of the D3 Civil and Building Engineering study program FT UM who took the Masonry and Concrete Construction Practice course. In the field trial, the experimental group consisted of 23 students, while the control group consisted of 22 students. This research employs t-test analysis. The result shows differences in learning outcomes between students learning using Job Program- based practical methods and students learning using conventional practical learning with a t-value of 6.054 at the significance level of 0.000. In conclusion, the Job-Program learning methods significantly improve the learning outcome. |
