Zusammenfassung:Why do educational institutions require ISO certification? "In order to have a common language among educational institutions at home and abroad," The similarity of language in question is the similarity of quality indicators owned by an educational institution, in this case the Educational Organization. Basically, there are three components of the quality assurance system of a Educational Organization: database, internal quality control system (SPMI), and external quality control system (SPME). The database contains the evaluation results for each semester of each study program at university. SPMI is usually run by the Quality Assurance Agency owned by each university, while SPME is run by external agencies of university that test and certify, one of which is ISO 9001:2008/2015 certification. ISO certification is an international standard for Quality Management System (QMS). At Educational Organization, the main indicator of quality management is the commitment of a university in its education, especially in its efforts towards an international university. One of the institutions issuing ISO certification is NQA. There are six assessment criteria specified in the ISO certification test. The six criteria are documentation control, record control, product control, internal audit, product development (improvement), and product correction. Products in the Educational Organization is the education given a university to its students. The quality of education is also measured from the level of satisfaction of companies that use graduates of a university.
