Zusammenfassung:Studies the influence of the method of preparation the composite powder for laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) are represented. Treatment duration and process atmosphere were varied. Mechanical alloying during 30 min in Ar atmosphere provides the composite powder with uniform elements distribution applicable for LPBF. LPBF-samples with the main ε-phase and Cr2O3-inclusions are formed. Microhardness of the samples is close to that of samples produced from spherical powder. Long-term annealing allows reducing the fraction of Cr2O3-inclusions and to increase the microhardness.
