Zusammenfassung:Present work explains about optical and biological activity of silver doped cadmium sulfide nanoparticle. Material has prepared using wet chemical method on the basis of mole ratio of compounds. Elemental mass ratio plays crucial role in synthesis. Compare with various composition of silver doped cadmium sulfide, silver nanoparticles have shown different results in IR, SEM, TEM and XRD. EDAX image shows the crystalline arrangement of nanoparticles. Microbial activity produces good result, and the volume of inhibition zone greater while increases molar ratio of a reactant. Optical activity was determined by Tauc's equation.
