Zusammenfassung: | Doctors are referred to as "human capital" in hospitals. As a result, they cannot be adequately handled and retained without proper compensation management. Emotional Intelligence plays a part in this situation by assisting individuals in controlling their own and others' emotions in order to sustain a high degree of performance and improve their ability to deal with psychological stress when performing tasks. Working areas strive for high levels of productivity, reliability, and effectiveness by optimizing the production of their human capital. As a consequence, job performance and job satisfaction can improve. The health-care market is slowly but gradually moving from a seller's market to a buyer's market. Because of advances in medical technology and the demand for more advanced patient care, a more skilled workforce is now needed, and Job Satisfaction among healthcare professionals is increasingly being recognized as a metric that should be used in quality assurance initiatives. This study is a descriptive research. A sample of 258 Doctors working in Warrangal was considered for data collection. Percentage analysis has been used to analyze the data. From the data analysis, it is seen that both male and female doctors do not agree with the statement whether they have good qualities or not. The results of the study support the doctors to improve their emotional intelligence and be successful in both work and life. |
