Zusammenfassung:Modification of the titanium implanted surface can improve its biocompatibility and provide better fixation in the bone. In our study, the conjugates of hyaluronic acid with aminobisphosphonates were obtained, which could be used as an organic coating for the oxidized titanium surface. In vitro studies have shown the prospect of using the conjugates as coatings to reduce the adhesion of bacterial cells at the metal surface.
