The optical properties of 1H-thieno[3,4-d]-1,2,3-triazolium-olates

We herein report the synthesis of four 1H-thieno[3,4-d]-1,2,3-triazolium-olates. The electronic properties of these compounds were investigated by UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy measurements. The spectral investigations demonstrated that the diluted solutions of prepared 1H-thieno[3,4-d]-1,2,3-triazolium-olates had bright orange and orange-red emission with moderate quantum yields.
