Zusammenfassung: | One of the grave water management issues today is to cut and remove a wide variety of lake weeds so as to make waterways usable. Aquatic weeds control equipment such as aquatic harvester is needed to help resolve these aquatic vegetation problems. In addition to aquatic weed control, trash skimmers are also needed to pick up floating trash in rivers, harbors and lakes. Being one of the key national programs on machine manufacture, we are in charge of designing and manufacturing aquatic weeds harvester, trash hunter and supporting equipments conforming to Vietnamese conditions and assuring international quality. Manufacturing processes for the equipments will be established in order to easily transfer them to fabricators. The machines are then tested and operated in real situations before being transferred to end users. In the first stage of the program, this work is devoted to the theoretical studies and engineering design of propulsion systems for aquatic weeds harvester. Paddle wheels are chosen as propulsion system. |
