Methodology of the feasibility study of the warehouse complex parameters

The article deals with the design of the main parameters of a warehouse complex, including those with railway access roads. The authors provide examples of choosing the optimal dimensions of warehouse premises, zones and areas of a warehouse complex for preparing a high-quality feasibility study of its project at the landfill for servicing by rail and road transport. The proposed method of calculating warehouse complex parameters will help to consider an array of different options for a set of technical and economic parameters, the cost of the project and its payback period. Of those, it is necessary to choose the most appropriate development strategy for the enterprise that designs the warehouse complex.
