The significance of creativity development of students future engineers

The article is devoted to the important issue of developing creativity of future engineers at the university and the specifics of its interconnection with a creative environment. Based on the theoretical analysis of the research problem, a creative environment is considered as an important condition for the creativity development of future engineers at higher institutions. The main components of the creative environment creation process are highlighted in the article. In addition, a creative development project is developed. The creative environment is defined as a means of multi-factor determination of creative personality development and as a significant factor of a productive creative activity and active manifestations of the creative competence of future engineers.
