Zusammenfassung:The paper deals with the basics of monitoring the implementation of "interaction of employees" principle as one of the tools to assure the quality of engineering education. Scientific approaches in the field of the studied problems are analyzed. The paper substantiates the prospects of identifying the structure of "interaction of employees" parameter, based on the interpretation of the international standards ISO 9000:2015 and the modular-hierarchical approach in creating the quality system of an educational organization in accordance with ISO 9000 & ENQA model. A procedure for monitoring "interaction of employees" parameter in the management of the processes of the university quality management system is proposed based on the use of tools that allow evaluating the employee's contribution to achieving the organization goals, in particular, modifying the tools of FMEA methodology and the qualimetry. The arguments are given to prove the expediency of monitoring of "interaction of employees" principle in the quality management system of an educational organization in order to guarantee the quality of engineering education.
