Zusammenfassung: | This article tested the effect of porosity on thermal behavior of clay-cork composite. Chemical and mineralogical analyses of used clays were done via X-Ray Diffraction and Fluorescence. Thermal characterization was made by Asymmetrical Hot Plate method. An analysis of thermal transmission, thermal resistance and energy-saving of an external wall of new material and another of classic clay brick were made. New material is lightweight and more insulator than full clay-cork composite. |
